- 1 box cake mix 15.25 ounces, any flavor
- 8 ounces Cool Whip thawed
- 1 large Egg
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray Cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, cool whip and egg. The mix will be very fluffy. Just keep mixing until well combined.
Use a small cookie scoop or two spoons to drop rounded cookie dough into powdered sugar. Roll the dough ball until completely covered. Set cookies on the prepared cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cookies browned just slightly on the edges. You want the cookies to be set but not fully browned so watch them closely.
Allow the cookies to sit on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes. Then move them to a wire rack to cool completely.
