- 6 cups Corn Flakes Cereal
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Get Recipe Ingredients
Heat the light corn syrup, sugar and creamy peanut butter in a large saucepan over medium high heat. Stir the mixture together constantly so that the sugar does not burn and bring the mixture to a low boil.
Once the mixture is boiling, remove the mixture from the heat and then stir in the vanilla extract and corn flakes cereal until the cereal is coated in the peanut butter mixture.
Then use a cookie scoop to 2 spoons to drop the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or wax paper. Work quickly to form the cookies before the mixture hardens.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 20-30 minutes until the cookies are set.
Then they are ready to serve and enjoy!
Store the leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
Do not refrigerate the cookies as it will cause them to dry out and get too hard. Allow them set at room temperature.
Be careful when stirring in the cornflakes so they do not break or crush the cereal.
