- 1 cup Cottage Cheese full fat
- 2/3 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 3/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Add cottage cheese, vanilla extract and maple syrup to a blender or food processor. Combine until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl. Add the almond flour and protein powder. Combine until mixed together.
