Ingredients

- Cottage Cheese. I recommend full fat cottage cheese for the richest flavor.
- Almond Flour. This is grain free and gluten free making it perfect for this recipe. You can use any brand you prefer.
- Vanilla Protein Powder. I used organic Vanilla protein powder. You can use your favorite brand.
- Vanilla extract. Pure vanilla extract is best.
- Maple Syrup. Use a good quality pure maple syrup for the best taste. It adds the perfect amount of sweetness.
- Mini Chocolate Chips. I used Lily’s chocolate chips because they are low in sugar, but you can use what you like. Milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips taste great.
