Ingredients

Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough Ingredients - cottage cheese, almond flour, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, maple syrup, mini chocolate chips.
  • Cottage Cheese. I recommend full fat cottage cheese for the richest flavor.
  • Almond Flour. This is grain free and gluten free making it perfect for this recipe. You can use any brand you prefer.
  • Vanilla Protein Powder. I used organic Vanilla protein powder. You can use your favorite brand.
  • Vanilla extract. Pure vanilla extract is best.
  • Maple Syrup. Use a good quality pure maple syrup for the best taste. It adds the perfect amount of sweetness.
  • Mini Chocolate Chips. I used Lily’s chocolate chips because they are low in sugar, but you can use what you like. Milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips taste great.

  • Protein Powder. Use a type of protein powder that you like because you will taste it in the recipe.
