Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • Place ingredients in a blender or food processor and combine until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of maple sweetener. I used 3 tablespoons but if you prefer it less sweet, use only 2 tablespoons.
Whole milk cottage cheese provides a richer flavor, but you can use reduced fat or fat free cottage cheese if desired.
Store in the refrigerator inside an airtight container for up to 2-3 days.
