Crock Pot Lava Cake

Crockpot chocolate lava cake is ooey gooey and loaded with chocolate. Top it with ice cream for a decadent treat.

  • Beat together cake mix, oil, eggs, and milk in large bowl with an electric mixer for a few minutes until batter is smooth.
  • Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray so the cake won’t stick.
  • Pour cake batter into the slow cooker and smooth over the bottom.
  • In a mixing bowl combine together the 2 cups milk and pudding mix and pour over the top. Do not stir.
  • Then sprinkle chocolate chips over top without stirring.
  • Place lid on top and cook on high for 3-4 hours until the top is set but still slightly wiggly. Serve warm with ice cream and enjoy!
