Use an electric hand mixer to whip the cream until soft peaks begin to form.

Allow the ice cream to set in the freezer for 5 hours, serve, and enjoy!
This ice cream can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months in the freezer if you keep it covered with plastic wrap or transfer it to an airtight container.
The waffle cone pieces are completely optional but add a fun crunch of texture to the ice cream.
This ice cream is great served by itself or with a drizzle of caramel on top.
If you do not have access to canned dulce de leche, you can use a 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk. Simply cook the condensed milk on the stove until it browns.
