Edible Brownie Batter Dip

Edible Brownie Batter is full of chocolate flavor and great to serve with graham crackers, fresh fruit and more. It's easy to make with simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Place the flour in a microwave safe bowl.  Heat on high for 1-2 minutes until hot.  Then whisk the flour.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until combined.
  • Add the heat treated flour, cocoa powder and salt to the butter mixture.  Stir until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Add in the milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the batter is the consistency that you prefer.  You do not have to use all the milk.
  • Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Then the batter is ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
