Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Eggnog
  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 package White Chocolate Chips 11 oz
  • 3/4 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 jar Marshmallow Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Line a 9 in or 8 in baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Add the butter, sugar and eggnog to a saucepan.  Stir and bring the mixture to a boil and boil, stirring continuously, for 4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Then stir in the white chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, vanilla extract and nutmeg. Stir until the chocolate is melted and all the ingredients are combined.
  • Pour this mixture into the prepared baking pan. Evenly spread the mixture out into the pan and tap the pan on the countertop to make sure that you get all the air bubbles out of the mixture.
  • Sprinkle extra nutmeg on top for garnish if you prefer.
  • Let the fudge sit for at least 3 hours (or overnight).  Remove the parchment paper, cut the fudge into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
Make sure to use a full fat eggnog not a light version or the fudge will not set properly.
