Instructions
In a medium bowl combine the eggnog with the pudding mix. Stir in the nutmeg.
Add in the whipped topping to the mixture until combined.
Stir in the whipped topping with a spatula. Be careful not to over mix or the cool whip will go flat.
Pour the eggnog pie filling into the 9-inch pie crust. Gently tap the pie on the countertop so that the top of the pie is flat and even.
Chill the pie for at least 4 hours and then it's ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftover pie, covered, for up to 4-5 days.
