Eggnog Pie

Eggnog Pie is the perfect pie to serve this Christmas. No Bake Eggnog cream pie is loaded with flavor and requires minimal ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pre-made Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 Box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix (3.4 ounces)
  • 1 1/2 cups Eggnog  (Full Fat)
  • 2 cups Whipped Topping (Cool Whip – thawed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl combine the eggnog with the pudding mix. Stir in the nutmeg.
  • Add in the whipped topping to the mixture until combined.
  • Stir in the whipped topping with a spatula. Be careful not to over mix or the cool whip will go flat. 
  • Pour the eggnog pie filling into the 9-inch pie crust.  Gently tap the pie on the countertop so that the top of the pie is flat and even.  
  • Chill the pie for at least 4 hours and then it's ready to slice, serve and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftover pie, covered, for up to 4-5 days.
