Ingredients

  • 8 oz Milano Cookies
  • 12 ounces Melting Chocolate
  • White Writing Icing
  • 20 Oreos
  • 1 box Chocolate Pudding Mix 3.3 ounces
  • 2 cups Cold Milk
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • Green Food Coloring

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt the melting chocolate based on the package instructions.  Dip each of the Milano cookies into the melted chocolate.  Use a fork to remove the cookies and carefully take it on the edge of the bowl to remove any excess chocolate.
  • Place on the prepared baking sheet.  Continue until all the cookies are coated in the chocolate.
  • Once the chocolate is set use the writing icing draw laces on the center of each of the cookies so that they look like footballs.
  • Place the Oreos into a food processor or blender and blend until it’s processed into crumbs.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the pudding mix and milk. Refrigerate to allow the pudding to set.
  • In a chilled bowl, add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and green food coloring.  Mix with a stand up or hand held mixer for 3-4 minutes until stiff peaks are formed.
  • Then it’s time to assemble the cups.  Place Oreo crumbs into the bottom of each cup.  Top with the chocolate pudding and then pipe the green whipping cream on top.
  • Then top each cup with a football cookie and then they are ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 3 days.  Do not top these pudding cups with the cookies until you are ready to serve.
