Step by step instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 1. Use a microwave safe bowl and melt the chocolate in intervals. Then dip the cookies into the chocolate. Remove any excess chocolate from each cookie.

Step 2. Then place each cookie on the baking sheet. Continue until all the cookies are coated in the melted chocolate.

Step 3. Let the chocolate set and then use the writing icing to draw laces on each of the cookies. They should look like footballs.

Step 4. Crush the Oreos with a food processor.

Step 5. Get out a separate large mixing bowl and whisk together the pudding mix and milk. Place in the fridge to allow the pudding to set. Stir before using.

Step 6. Use a chilled bowl and add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and green food coloring. I used a stand mixer for 3-4 minutes until stiff peaks formed.

Step 7. Assemble the cups with each layer. Start by placing the Oreo crumbs into the bottom of each cup.

Step 8. Next, use a spoon to top with the chocolate pudding.

Step 9. Then pipe the green whipping cream on top.

Step 10. Top each cup with a football cookie. Now, serve and enjoy.
Pro Tips
- Allow the chocolate to set on the cookies. Make sure the chocolate has set before adding the white icing on top.
- Crush the oreos. If you do not have a food processor, you can use a ziplock bag. Seal the bag and crush with a rolling pin or back of a spoon.
