Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat and gradually add in the cocoa rice krispies cereal. Mix until completely coated.
Let cool for 15-20 minutes until you are able to handle the mixture.
Roll the mixture into approximately golf size balls. Press them flat and form each of the balls into a football shape. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool.
Once the Rice Krispie treats are cooled, melt the white chocolate wafers in the microwave by heating it in 30 second intervals until fully melted.
Move the mixture into a piping bag or a ziplock bag with a tip cut off. Pipe the details and laces onto each of the footballs.
Let the white chocolate cool and then they are ready to serve and enjoy!
Do not store these in the refrigerator. They are best left to cool at room temperature so that the remain gooey and delicious!
Store in an airtight container and they should last for up to 1 week.
If the mixture is sticky when making the football shapes, spray your hands with a non-stick cooking spray or oil olive to keep the mixture from sticking to your fingers.
