Pop approximately 10 cups of popcorn and place it on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. You will likely need 2 baking sheets.
Place the white chocolate candy melts in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 20 second intervals in the microwave, stirring after heat interval until melted and combined.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn. Gently toss the popcorn to coat it with the melted white chocolate. Sprinkle the hot chocolate mix on top of the popcorn while the candy melts are still wet.
Sprinkle the miniature marshmallows on top of the popcorn.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl by heating it in 20 second intervals until fully melted. Drizzle this chocolate on top of the popcorn.
Let the popcorn sit at room temperature until the chocolate hardens on top. Then break the popcorn into pieces and enjoy!
I used microwave popcorn for this recipe, but you can definitely use whichever is your favorite!
You can store the leftovers at room temperature in an airtight container or bag for up to 1 week.
