Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a 8X8 baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix all the ingredients by hand except for the chocolate chips together in a large bowl. Be carful not to overtax as this will cause the brownies to be cake like instead of fudgey.
Pour the batter into the baking pan and top with the chocolate chips.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes. The center will still be moist when you remove them from the oven but they will continue to cook as the brownies set.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes and then remove, cut and serve.
