Margarita Pie
This no bake Margarita Pie is a creamy dessert with fresh lime juice, tequila and triple sec. It is a refreshing treat with very little prep work involved.

- 1 pre-made Graham Cracker Pie Crust 9 inch
- 2 cups Heavy Cream chilled
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz
- 1/2 cup Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp Lime Zest Divided
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Tequila Blanco
- 1 Tbsp Triple Sec
Get Recipe Ingredients
Use a hand held or stand up mixer to whip the heavy cream into stiff peaks.
In a separate bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, 1 Tbsp of the Lime zest, tequila and triple sec. Then gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until just incorporated (do not over mix).
Then pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and sprinkle the remaining lime zest on top. Freezer for at least 6 hours but overnight is preferred.
When serving, allow the pie to sit at room temperature for at least 10 minutes and then it’s ready to slice and serve.
*Store the leftover pie covered in the freezer for up to 2 months.
*To make an alcohol free pie, you can easily leave the tequila and triple sec out and add in 3 more Tbsp of lime juice instead.
*This pie can easily be made 3 days before serving.
