No Bake Oreo Pie

No Bake Oreo Pie Recipe is one of our favorite no bake treats. Everyone loves Oreo cookies so a pie seemed like a great idea! It is so creamy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • For the Oreo crust:
  • 25 Oreo cookies the wafers and fillings
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • For the Oreo pie filling:
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping thawed
  • 10 Oreo cookies chopped

Instructions

  • For the Oreo crust:
  • Crush 25 Oreo cookies (wafers and filling) using a food processor or by placing them in a Ziploc bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  • Mix the crushed cookies with 5 tablespoons melted unsalted butter until fully combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate, using the bottom of a glass to pack it firmly.
  • Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling.
  • For the Oreo pie filling:
  • In a large bowl, beat 8 oz cream cheese and 3/4 cup powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in 2 cups whipped topping until fully combined.
  • Stir in 10 chopped Oreo cookies.
  • Spoon the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top evenly Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
