Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter, cream cheese and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until combined and fluffy.
Add in the egg and vanilla. Mix until combined.
Then turn the mixer down to low and gradually add in the flour, baking powder and 1/2 cup of the powdered sugar.
Using a large cookie scoop (1 1/2- 2 tablespoons size) scoop the dough into round bowls and roll them in the remaining powdered sugar.
Then place on baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the top of the cookies start to look set (no longer let wet).
Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes and then move to wire racks to cool completely.
Then the cookies are ready to serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store the leftovers in an airtight container or ziplock bag at room temperature for up to 4-5 days.
