Orange Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Orange Jell-O Mix 3 ounces
  • 1 pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix 3.4 ounces
  • 1 cup Hot water
  • 1/2 cup Cold Water
  • 8 ounces Whipped Topping thawed
  • 2 cans Mandarin Oranges drained, 15 ounces each
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple 20 ounces, well drained
  • 1 bag Mini Marshmallows 10 ounces

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the 3-ounce package of Orange Jell-O mix with 1 cup boiling water until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup cold water. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened slightly.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and whisk in the 3.4-ounce package of instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth and well combined. Refrigerate for another 15–20 minutes.
  • Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and gently fold in the 8 ounces of thawed whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
  • Gently fold in the 2 drained 15-ounce cans of mandarin oranges, 20-ounce can of well-drained crushed pineapple, and 10-ounce bag of mini marshmallows.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled.
  • Give the Orange Fluff a gentle stir before serving, if needed. Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers, covered, for up to 3-4 days.
