Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9X13 pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
Layer the Oreos in the bottom of the baking pan.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the cookies.
Then spread the cool whip out on top of the condensed milk.
Sprinkle the chocolate cake mix in top. Do not mix together.
Then layer the 1 Tbsp pieces of butter evenly over the top of the cake mix until the majority of the top of the cake is covered.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Serve topped with ice cream and additional Oreos.
