Instructions
Crush the Oreo Cookies into a fine powder with a food processor or blender.
Beat the butter in a large mixing bowl with a hand held mixer or stand up mixer until light and creamy.
Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Then add in the heavy whipping cream until the frosting is a consistency that you can pipe onto the cupcakes.
Gently stir in the crushed Oreo cookies.
Then the frosting is ready to top on your favorite cake or cupcake recipe and enjoy!

Refrigerate the frosting in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
