Step 3 – Add in Powdered Sugar – Add in the cups at a time powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Then add in the heavy whipping cream until the frosting is a consistency that you can pipe onto the cupcakes.

Step 4 – Stir in Oreos – Gently stir in the crushed Oreo cookies

Step 5 – Serve and Enjoy – Then the frosting is ready to top on your favorite cake or cupcake recipe and enjoy. This frosting is ready in about 15 minutes.
