Oreo Pudding

Oreo Pudding is a decadent pudding recipe that is super easy to make. It's rich and creamy while being packed with Oreo cookies. Each serving is topped with more cookies and whipped cream.

  • Whisk together sugar, cornstarch and salt in a medium saucepan.
  • Whisk in milk and bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Allow to cook for 2 minutes.
  • Place the egg yolks in a separate bowl and lightly beat them.  Then stir in 1 cup of milk mixture from the sauce pan into the eggs and then slowly whisk the egg mixture back into the saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to low.  Cook and stir for 2 more minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
  • Place the 8 Oreo cookies in a food processor or blender and process until the Oreos are crushed.  Stir half of the crushed Oreos into the pudding mixture until well combined.
  • Transfer to serving dishes and chill.
  • When serving toppings with the remaining crushed Oreos, whipped cream and whole Oreo.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate any leftovers, covered, for up to 2-3 days.
