Untwist Oreo cookies, carefully separating the two halves. Keep the halves with the most cream filling for the turkey bodies.
Place candy corn pieces around the top edge of each Oreo half, pressing the pointed ends into the cream filling to create the turkey feathers.
Pipe a small amount of white icing onto the candy corn pieces to help secure the second Oreo half.
Carefully place the second Oreo half back on top and gently press to secure the cookie.
Use the white icing to attach candy eyes near the center of each cookie.
Add a small amount of icing below the eyes and attach peanut butter chip to create the turkey's beak.
Allow the icing to set completely before serving.
