- 1 yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil

- 1/3 cup granulated sugar

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease the baking sheet.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 box yellow cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup oil, and 1 cup peanut butter. Stir until a thick dough forms.
Place 1/3 cup granulated sugar in a small bowl.
Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion the dough into balls. Roll each dough ball in the granulated sugar until completely coated.
Arrange the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
