Ingredients

  • 1 box Angel Food Cake Mix
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple 20 oz can

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9X13 baking pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
  • Dump the cake mix into the bottom of the baking pan.  Then dump the crushed pineapple on top.  Use a spatula to mix the 2 slightly together until all of the cake mix is moist.
  • Then bake for 25-30 minutes until the top of the cake is golden brown.
  • Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan and then it’s ready to slice, serve and enjoy!

Notes

This cake is delicious served as is or you can top the cake with cool whip and fresh fruit. 
Store the remaining cake covered at room temperature for up to 1 week.
