Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup flour
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c sugar
  • small package vanilla pudding mix dry
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1 t pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 c oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c can pumpkin

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Spray 9″ x 5″ loaf pan.
  • Mix all dry ingredients.
  • Slowly stir in wet ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 F for 55 – 65 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
