- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c sugar
- small package vanilla pudding mix dry
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 t pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 c oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 c can pumpkin

Spray 9″ x 5″ loaf pan.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Slowly stir in wet ingredients. Stir until well combined.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
