Ingredients

  • 6 cups Popped Popcorn approximately 2 bags
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • Place the popcorn in a large bowl and then set aside.
  • Combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in a microwave safe bowl.  Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval until the mixture is melted and combined.  Then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour the chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the popcorn and use a spatula to coat the popcorn in the chocolate mixture.

Pour the powdered sugar in a large zip lock bag.  Add the coated popcorn to the zip lock bag.  Seal and gently shake to coat the popcorn in the powdered sugar.

  • Pour the popcorn on a baking sheet, allow it to cool and then it’s ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store the leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
