- 3 cups Raspberries frozen
- 1 Tbsp Raw Honey
- 1/2 Lemon juiced

Make sure that the raspberries are completely frozen. If using fresh, freeze them overnight on a baking sheet.
Then place the frozen raspberries, honey, and lemon juice in a blender.
Blend until smooth and combined. If the ingredients are not combining well, add a small amount of warm water to combine all the ingredients.
Spread the mixture into a loaf pan, cover and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
