Raspberry Sorbet

Raspberry Sorbet is a refreshing treat made with frozen raspberries. It is creamy, delicious and full of flavor. The perfect treat to cool off with this summer.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Raspberries frozen
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced

Instructions

  • Make sure that the raspberries are completely frozen.  If using fresh, freeze them overnight on a baking sheet.
  • Then place the frozen raspberries, honey, and lemon juice in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and combined. If the ingredients are not combining well, add a small amount of warm water to combine all the ingredients.
  • Spread the mixture into a loaf pan, cover and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
