For the Red Velvet Brownies:
- ¾ cup All Purpose Flour
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter melted
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- Red Food Coloring
For the Cheesecake Layer:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 Large Egg
- ⅓ cup Sugar
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and line an 8X8 baking pan with parchment paper.
For the Red Velvet Brownies:
In a large bowl, beat together the eggs and melted butter. Then beat in the sugar, vanilla extract, salt and cocoa powder. Add in the red food coloring until the batter is a deep red color. Then slowly add in the flour until just combined. Be careful not to over mix. Pour the batter into the 8X8 baking pan in a single layer.
For the Cheesecake Layer:
Add all the cheesecake layer ingredients to a bowl and beat together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Then drop the cream cheese mixture on top of the red velvet batter in large dollops. Then use a knife to swirl the cream cheese layer into the brownie batter to create a swirl pattern.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the brownies are set and a toothpick inserted into the brownies comes out clean.
Allow the brownies to cool completely and then cut them into pieces and enjoy!
