  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces

Instructions

For the Brownies:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9X13 baking pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large microwave safe mixing bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips together.  Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted and combined. Let cool slightly.
  • Stir in the sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract.  Then stir in the eggs, one at a time, until combined.
  • Slowly stir in the cocoa powder, flour, salt and baking powder. Mix these ingredients in by hand and be careful not to over mix these ingredients.
  • Spread the batter into the 9X13 pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the brownies comes out clean.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely before topping it with the frosting.

For the Frosting and Topping:

  • In a medium bowl, cream together butter and peanut butter until smooth and fluffy.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar, alternating with milk, beating after each additional until desired consistency.
  • Spread the frosting on top of the cooled brownies.
  • Add the chocolate chip and butter to a microwave safe bowl.  Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted and smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a piping bag or a ziplock bag.  Cut off a small corn and then drizzle the chocolate over the peanut butter frosting.
  • Sprinkle the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups and Reese’s pieces on top.
  • Let the topping cool completely and then the brownies are ready to slice, serve and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days.
