Storage
Refrigerator: Keep in the fridge for up to 4-5 days, especially if frosted or layered with peanut butter. Bring to room temperature before serving for the best texture.
Freezer: Brownies freeze well for up to 2–3 months. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and place in a freezer-safe container. Thaw at room temperature before cutting.
Make-Ahead: You can bake the brownies a day or two in advance. If adding peanut butter topping or candy, store separately and add just before serving for the best appearance and texture.

Pro Tips
- Allow brownies to cool. Make sure the brownies are cool before spreading the frosting.
- Don’t overmix the batter. The texture of brownies will not taste the same if you overmix.
