How to make Brownies with Reese’s Pieces
- Step 1. First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9X13 baking pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2. Get out a large microwave safe bowl and melt the butter and chocolate chips together. Heat in 30 second interval until completely melted.
Step 3. Next, stir in the sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Then stir in the eggs, one at a time, until combined.
Step 4. Gradually, stir in the cocoa powder, flour, salt and baking powder. Mix these ingredients in by hand. Do not over mix these ingredients.
Step 5. Pour the batter evenly into the baking dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool.
Step 6. While the brownies cool, cream together the butter and peanut butter. It needs to be smooth and creamy.
Step 7. Then gradually add powdered sugar, alternating with milk. Combine with the mixer until the desired consistency.
Step 8. Finally, spread the frosting on top of the cooled brownies.

- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 cup Butter
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

For the Frosting:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
- 3 cups powdered sugar
For the Topping:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- 1 cup Reese’s Pieces
Instructions
For the Brownies:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9X13 baking pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
