Snickers Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 24 Ice Cream Sandwiches
  • 1 Jar Hot Fudge Sauce 12 ounces
  • 1 Jar Caramel Topping 12 ounces
  • 1 container Whipped Topping 8 ounces
  • 18 Snickers Candy Bars fun size chopped
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts salted

Instructions

  • Line 12 ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish.
  • Microwave the hot fudge sauce and caramel topping for approximately 20-30 second so that they are easy to pour.
  • Spread a layer of the hot fudge sauce on top of the ice cream sandwiches and then drizzle the caramel topping and half of the peanuts and chopped Snickers on top.
  • Layer the remaining ice cream sandwiches on top.
  • Spread a layer of the hot fudge sauce over the ice cream sandwiches.
  • Top with the whipped topping.
  • Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce and hot fudge sauce on top.  Sprinkle with the remaining peanuts and chopped Snickers.
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours and then the cake is ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

Freezer the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
