Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
Place the candy melts in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval until the chocolate is melted. Dip the top portion of the pretzels into the melted chocolate. Tap the pretzels on the side of the bowl until all of the excess chocolate falls from the pretzels.
Place the pretzels on the baking sheet and top with the sprinkles. Make sure to top with the sprinkles before the candy melt hardens. Let the pretzels sit until dry.
This will take approximately 1 hour at room temperature or 30 minutes in a refrigerator. Serve or store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
