  • 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 one gallon ziplock bags
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Green M&Ms
  • 1/4 cup Green Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet or cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Pour 8 cups Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 cups green candy melts, 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
  • Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir well, then continue microwaving in 15-second intervals until the mixture is melted and smooth, about 60 seconds total.

  • Spread the coated cereal onto the prepared parchment-lined baking sheet and allow it to cool completely.
  • Once cooled, add 1 cup white chocolate chips and 1 cup green M&M's. Gently stir to combine.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup green sprinkles over the mixture.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week and enjoy.
