For the Brownies:
- 1 Box Strawberry Cake Mix 15.25 ounces
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1-2 Tablespoons Water
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9X9 baking pan with parchment paper and spray the paper with a non-stick cooking spray.
Blend together the strawberry cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl with a hand held mixer until well combined.
Then spread the batter evenly into the baking pan.
Bake for 18-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean. Do not over cook.
Allow the brownies cool at room temperature.
Mix together the glaze ingredients in a small bowl. Gradually add in the water until the glaze is pourable but not watery.
Carefully remove the brownies from the pan with the parchment paper. Pour the glaze over the brownies and allow the glaze to drip down the sides of the brownies.
Let the glaze cool. Then the brownies are ready to cut, serve and enjoy!
The batter will be thick when mixing.
Refrigerate the leftover brownies in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
