Cut the tops off of each of the strawberries so that they lay flat.
Slice the bananas into 16 pieces (8 from each banana).
Spread a small amount of the melted white chocolate onto each banana slice.
Top each one with a strawberry.
Then dip each mini Marshmallow into the melted chocolate and place it on top of the strawberry.
Continue this process until all the Santa hats are created. Let the Santa hats rest for at least 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to re-harden and then they are ready to serve and enjoy!

These are best served the day that they are made. You can store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
