Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9X5 loaf pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla extract, eggs and vegetable oil.
Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
Let the bread cool for 10-15 minutes in the loaf.
Then carefully remove the bread from the loaf pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
Then the bread is ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can also make this same recipe in 3 mini loaf pans. However, they will only need to bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
