Texas Pecan Pie

Texas Pecan Pie has a luscious and gooey filling baked to perfection. It is even better topped with ice cream or whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 9- Inch Unbaked Pie Crust
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1 cup Pecans

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix together the granulated sugar, corn syrup, eggs and vanilla extract until combined.  Stir in the milk, flour and melted butter.
  • Gently stir in the pecans.
  • Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes until the pie is set and a knife inserted until the center of the pie comes out clean.
  • Cool the pie completely on a wire rack and then it’s ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftovers for up to 4 days.
