For the Berry Mixture:
- 3 cups Strawberries quartered
- 3 cups Blackberries
- 3 cups Raspberries
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
For the Crust:
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9X13 baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
Rinse the berries.
Mix the berry mixture gently together in a medium sized mixing bowl. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Pour the berry mixture into the prepared 9X13 baking dish.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
Beat together the softened butter, sugar and vanilla until well combined. Then mix in the dry ingredients. The mixture will be dry and crumbly.
Pour the batter on top of the berry mixture in the baking dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cobbler is golden brown and the fruit mixture is bubbly.
Serve warm topped with ice cream or whipped topping. Enjoy!
