Valentine Brownies with M&M's

Valentine's Day Brownies are loaded with chocolate chips and pink and red M&M's candy. They are fudgy and decadent without much work.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line an 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the vegetable oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract until they are well mixed.
  • Then slowly stir in the cocoa powder, flour and salt. Mix these ingredients in by hand and be careful not to over mix these ingredients.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips gently by hand as well.
  • Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Top with the M&Ms.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the brownies comes out clean.
  • Cut the brownies into even pieces and then they are ready to enjoy!

Notes

Store the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
