Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line an 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the vegetable oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract until they are well mixed.
Then slowly stir in the cocoa powder, flour and salt. Mix these ingredients in by hand and be careful not to over mix these ingredients.
Stir in the chocolate chips gently by hand as well.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Top with the M&Ms.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the brownies comes out clean.
Cut the brownies into even pieces and then they are ready to enjoy!
Notes
Store the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
