Ingredients

  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces pastel pink candy melts
  • 1 cup Conversation Hearts
  • Valentine’s Day Sprinkles (for topping)

Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate chips by placing them in a microwave safe dish. Heat in the microwave using 20 second intervals, stirring between each interval until chips are completely melted.
  • Follow the same process with the pink candy melts.
  • Pour the chocolate onto the baking sheet and use a spatula to spread the chocolate out as evenly as possible.
  • Then drizzle the melted pink candy melts on top of the chocolate layer.
  • Use a fork to swirl the pink candy melts into the chocolate on the baking sheet.
  • Top with the conversation hearts and the sprinkles.
  • Place the bark in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes to harden.
  • Remove the bark from the refrigerator and break into pieces to serve and enjoy!

Notes

Be careful when swirling chocolate with the candy melt not to swirl them too much or they will completely mix together and you will lose the swirled look.
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container or bag for up to 5-7 days.
You can melt the chocolate chips and the candy melts in a double broiler instead of a microwave if you prefer.
