Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter Melted
  • 3 Tablespoons Almond Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Low Carb Sweetener (We used Swerve)
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg (Beaten)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a mug.
  • Stir with a fork until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Microwave on high for 60 seconds.
  • Enjoy and eat right out of the mug!

You can use your favorite low carb sweeteners in this recipe.  A few of our favorites are Stevia, Sucralose, Erythritol, Xylitol and Monk Fruit.
