Ingredients
- 24 Fudge Stripe Cookies
- 24 Chocolate Kisses Unwrapped
- 24 Pieces Candy Corn
- 4 oz Green Decorating Icing
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
- Place 24 Fudge Stripe cookies upside down on the prepared baking sheet, with the chocolate-covered side facing up.
- Pipe a small circle of green decorating icing around the center of each cookie.
- Place 1 unwrapped chocolate Kiss in the center of each icing circle. Gently press down so the icing spreads slightly around the base of the Kiss, creating the appearance of a hat brim.
- Cut the yellow tips from 24 candy corn pieces.
- Place one yellow candy corn tip onto the green icing at the base of each chocolate Kiss to create the hat buckle.
- Allow the icing to set before serving.
