DESSERTS ON A DIME
Salted caramel fudge recipe has only 6 ingredients for the most decadent fudge.
Prep Time: 5 Min
– 1 can Condensed Milk – 1 cup Brown Sugar – 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter – 2 Tbsp Golden Syrup – 1/4 tsp Salt – 1 cup White Chocolate Melts
REST time: 4 hrs
Ingredients
Place the sweetened condensed milk, sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in a large sauce pan. Heat on low and stir until all the sugar has been dissolved.
Increase the heat to medium and cook in the sauce pan for 3-5 minutes until the mixture has thickened.
Then remove the mixture form the heat, stir in the white chocolate melts and continue to stir until all the chocolate chips have melted.
Then transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature, move the pan to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Once the fudge has fully set, cut and serve!
It melts in your mouth and is so delcious.
This is also great for snacking and just grabbing a piece of fudge when the craving strikes.
