Pro Tips
- Use quality chocolate: High-quality white chocolate chips melt smoother and give the best flavor and texture.
- Don’t overheat: Melt in intervals to prevent the chocolate from burning.
- Line your pan: Use parchment paper or foil for easy removal and clean slicing.
- Work quickly: The fudge thickens as it cools, so pour and spread it into the pan right after mixing.
- Chill before cutting: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing to help it set properly.
- Store properly: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge to maintain freshness.
- Add-ins last: If you’re adding nuts, sprinkles, or other mix-ins, stir them in just before pouring into the pan to keep texture even.

This was very easy and everyone loved it!
Hello! Thanks for the recipe. Did you use real white chocolate chips or the more common white baking chips that don’t contain any cocoa butter? I know the recipe calls for white chocolate chips, but in your photos the chips and mixture are so light in color that it looks like white baking chips were used. I’d prefer to use those so the flavor of the vanilla doesn’t have to compete with white chocolate. Thanks for your time.
I used the white baking chips for this recipe!
Thanks!
