Super Delicious BUNNY BUTT  CUPCAKES

Bunny Butt Cupcakes make the perfect Easter dessert. Delicious cupcakes are transformed into festive little bunny treats in a few easy steps.

– Solid Vegetable Shortening – Butter – Clear Vanilla Extract – Confectioners’ Sugar (sifted) – Milk – Green Gel Food Coloring

Ingredients

Step 1

Prepare the Funfetti cake mix based on the cupcake instructions pour into cupcake liners. Allow the cupcakes to cool

In a large bowl, cream together the shortening and butter until combined and smooth. Then slowly add in the confectioners’ sugar

Then stir in the vanilla extract and milk until combined. Leave one of the bowls white and then add a few drops of the green food coloring into the other bowl.

With the white frosting, pipe a circle in the middle of the cupcake to form the “bunny butt”.  Top the white frosting with the white sanding sugar.

Use the green frosting to pipe the “grass” around the white frosting. It should be just around the edges.

Then top each cupcake with a mini marshmallow for the tail and 2 of the bunny feet. The bunny foot is so adorable.

Then the cupcakes are ready to serve and enjoy!  Everyone will be impressed with this adorable treat.
