This yummy Grasshopper Pie is simple to make and has the best marshmallow mixture.

– Oreo Cookies – Unsalted Butter – Marshmallow Fluff – Heavy Whipping Cream – Creme De Menthe Liqueur – Creme De Cacao Liqueur

Ingredients
Crush the Oreo cookies. We used a food processor. Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter.
Press into a pie plate. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Allow the crust to chill.
Get out a bowl and beat the cream. Pour the heavy cream into a chilled bowl and beat until stiff peaks are formed. Set aside.
Melt the marshmallow creme. Pour the marshmallow creme into a microwave safe mixing bowl. Heat the marshmallow creme for 30 seconds to soften it.
Add the creme de menthe liqueur and creme de cacao liqueur. Add the green food coloring to the mixture and stir in the whipped topping.
Allow to set. Freeze until the pie is set. Serve and enjoy.
