Ingredients

  • Brownie Mix for a 9X13 pan of brownies Or you can use this recipe - https://dessertsonadime.com/one-bowl-brownies/
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Butter Melted
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Pecan Halves Chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Make the brownies in the 9X13 pan based on the package instructions.
  • Bake for half of the time listed on the back of the box.
  • While brownies are baking, whisk together the corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter and salt until thoroughly combined.
  • Stir in the pecan halves.
  • Pour this pecan filling evenly over the half cooked brownies.
  • Finish baking the brownies with the toppings for 25-30 minutes until the filling is cooked through.
  • Allow for them cool completely.
  • Slice and enjoy!
