Ingredients

Ingredients for Keto Peanut Butter Pie - fine almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, melted butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, heavy whipping cream, vanilla, salt

Crust

  • Almond Flour. You want the texture to be fine.
  • Cocoa Powder. Unsweetened cocoa.
  • Granulated Erythritol Sweetener. I use Swerve Granular Sugar
  • Butter. Melted so it’s easy to blend.

Filling

  • Cream Cheese. Softened at room temperature.
  • Peanut Butter. All-natural peanut butter so it’s keto friendly.
  • Heavy Whipping Cream. It needs to be cold.
  • Vanilla. Pure vanilla extract is best.

Drizzle Topping

  • Cocoa Powder. Use some of the remaining cocoa powder to make the drizzle.
  • Powdered Erythritol Sweetener. This is my favorite to use and makes the drizzle the perfect consistency.

  • Sweetener – We used Swerve sweetener to sweeten the pie, but you can use other options.
  • Peanut Butter – When choosing your peanut butter make sure to check the ingredients. Choose a brand that is completely natural.
  • Substituting Peanut Butter – If you are unable to eat peanut butter, you can easily use a peanut butter substitute. Mix the creamy ingredients together with almond butter, cashew butter, or wow butter.
